How to Write Your Diversity Statement

In recent years, it has become more vital than ever for companies to adjust their policies and practices to match corporate social responsibility requirements like equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) policies.  Companies understand the need to ensure their company values and beliefs align with the ever-changing landscape around these practices.  This covers the entire Employer Brand including how your company is positioned in your employment policies and how you are repented on your career page and in job postings. You may be wondering how to craft the right language, you don’t need a law degree but it is something you want to get right!  Read on to learn more about how to write an effective, authentic, and compliant EEO and DE&I statement.
