Thanks for stopping by to learn a bit more about me and our team! I’m Teresa Murphey and I’m the founder and President of Hire Ventures, Inc. I’m an entrepreneur at heart and absolutely love working with other entrepreneurs and small business owners to simplify all things HR and Recruiting!
Back in 2001 when I started Hire Ventures, I recognized the need for small companies to have expert level HR and Recruiting services when they need it, without paying the high salary for a full-time HR resource or high dollar contingency recruiting fees. I established Hire Ventures in 2001 to fill this need, providing expert level on-demand HR and Recruiting services to small, growing companies, making them more strategic, effective and successful.
From my professional bio: Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from Montana State University, and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is actively involved in a variety of Professional Human Resource, Technology and Entrepreneurial groups in Atlanta as well as in her local church and community. Teresa is also a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization International and EOA here in Atlanta.
I have been married for 16 years to my husband Gregg, we have two daughters who are 9 and 14 and we live in a wonderfully diverse community in Brookhaven, GA. I love to camp (by camp I mean glamp in a camper!) which brings me back to my Montana roots and keeps me grounded. I love to spend time with family and friends, enjoy good coffee, really good wine and everything in between!
I am Robin Einarson and I am the Lead Talent Consultant at Hire Venture, Inc. After starting my career in the accounting field, I quickly learned that I was not where I was meant to be. When an opportunity to move into recruiting came up I jumped at the chance! I love people and working with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and interests was a natural fit for me.
Robin earned a BS degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. Robin has experience successfully recruiting for a variety of different industries, as well as a broad range in types of positions. Robin has had a great deal of experience working with hiring managers on newly created positions and navigating through the process of what is truly needed to make that role a successful addition to their team.
I have been married to my husband Brad for 16 years and we have an 12-year-old son and a 8-year-old daughter. We live in Cumming, GA currently but we have made our rounds in the Atlanta area, having lived in Vinings, Dunwoody, and the Emory area as well. We love traveling as much as we can, watching and attending sporting events of all kinds, spending time with our family and friends, and being involved with our church and school communities.
*Fun Fact: About 16 years ago, Robin and Teresa, along with their then fiancés (now husbands), took a ballroom dancing for engaged couples class together in preparation for their upcoming weddings. They got married a month apart and have been dancing through HR and Recruiting ever since!

I’m originally from Reading, Pennsylvania but have lived in Atlanta since 2006 and can’t say enough great things about the city and the South.
I graduated from the University of Alabama in May of 2017 (Roll Tide) and am currently pursuing my M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Brenau University. After working in Digital Marketing and Communications following graduation, I’ve transitioned to this new role in HR and look forward to learning more about all aspects of the industry.
I’m an avid sports fan who loves all things football and can often be found watching a game or tuning into a sports podcast. I love spending time with friends and family and enjoy activities that keep me active, present and energized for opportunities to come. I’m looking forward to a meaningful career in HR with the Hire Ventures team and am excited to dedicate my skillset to our goals and initiatives!

I have over 5 years of recruiting experience working in both the agency world as well as a corporate environment providing exceptional talent to various industries including tech, entertainment, finance and accounting, and nonprofits.
I’ve been married now for 7 years to a nurse and we have a son who recently turned 2. I enjoy hiking, going on road trips (I’ve done two cross country road trips!), and writing.
My name is Lily Rincon and I am a Talent Consultant at Hire Ventures, Inc. I began my career as an Account Executive working closely with clients nationwide in various industries. I was recruited into my first recruiting role in 2012, where I was able to partner with clients and work with candidates finding the right match for both. The VP I worked for in California once told our team, “you will either love recruiting or you won’t”. I knew right away that I loved it and that I had found the perfect career for myself!
I have since worked in both agency and corporate positions recruiting for companies in the Technology, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and Accounting industries. I have experience partnering with hiring managers to fill both high-volume positions to build entire sales teams and also more operational and executive-level positions. I truly enjoy working with hiring managers to navigate the entire screening and hiring process to find the right fit for their company.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Electronic Media from the University of Tennessee. My husband, Kris, and I have been married for four years, have a three-year-old daughter, and a baby boy. I am from Knoxville, but together we have lived in Los Angeles, Raleigh and are now enjoying making our home here in Atlanta.
We really enjoy exploring the city, spending time outdoors, sporting events, and being with friends and family whenever possible.
My name is Melissa Field. I recently joined Hire Ventures as a Marketing Consultant. Previously, I worked in marketing for a nonprofit startup that helped the unemployed return to work. I started my career as a copywriter for a search engine marketing agency after earning my Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University. Subsequently, I built upon my knowledge of marketing and account management at an advertising agency. From there, I enjoyed working with startups and small businesses in growth mode and have been doing that ever since!
I am originally from Metro Detroit. Twelve years ago, I met my husband Dave at a party at the Chicago Lincoln Park Zoo. I had just moved to Chicago a week earlier. Before the party, Dave told his brother that he would probably meet his wife that night. A few days after we met, he found a $100 bill. We have been married for seven years now. We moved to Atlanta five years ago after the Chicago “Snowpocalypse” and another winter with more than a few -20 degree days. We have a four-year old girl and baby boy.
If you were to check my Google Maps history, you would learn that my most frequently visited places are playgrounds and various restaurants on Buford Highway. I love and appreciate different types of cuisines, good coffee, and love to travel, even though that has slowed down a bit with young kids.
