Who Is Idenhaus?
Idenhaus is an IT consulting firm that specializes in Cybersecurity and Identity Management (IAM). Their growing company is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Working with some of America’s most prestigious organizations, Idenhaus helps reduce the risk of security breaches, eliminate audit findings, enhance regulatory compliance, and safeguard their customers’ information.
The Challenge
In the summer of 2022, during the height of the “Great Resignation,” finding and keeping tech talent was a difficult task. The competition was at its peak as the big tech players ramped up hiring, expanding into remote locations with high compensation packages and perks.
Applicant flow was limited and tight candidate pools meant that they had to move fast. But without an in-house HR or recruiting resource, those responsibilities had fallen upon the Idenhaus leadership team, which meant balancing hiring activities with client projects and running the business. That often meant candidates were lost to competitors before having the chance to be interviewed.
The Solution
The challenges faced by Idenhaus were considerable, but not insurmountable. What they needed was recruiting expertise, a streamlined process, strategy and a partner to execute.
