Hello, I’m Princy, and I’m a Technical Talent Sourcer here at Hire Ventures.
I started my career as a software engineer – I have my Bachelor’s in Computer Science and my Master’s in Software Engineering. Though I had two engineering degrees and two years of experience in IT, I knew I had a passion for recruiting I needed to pursue. That’s when I took the leap to do what I love not what my professional experience was and accepted an agency recruiting job. I fell in love with recruiting, fast forward a bit, and here I am at Hire Ventures!
One of my favorite things about sourcing, specifically, is getting to talk to people and learning new tactics, techniques, and tools to source the right candidates.
Outside of work, I love cooking, painting, and pencil sketching. If I were to paint a picture of a perfect weekend, it would be my family enjoying each other’s company in a beautiful snowy place.
Hello, I’m Doris and I’m the Administrative Coordinator at Hire Ventures.
I’ve worked in a variety of roles throughout my career from technical support to marketing, process engineering, and project management. I also spent several years working in the auditing industry. I’m thrilled to now have the opportunity to use my diverse skillset at Hire Ventures – a company whose values and goals align with mine.
What I enjoy most about my role as the Administrative Coordinator is getting to help my co-workers be successful with their goals by making their day easier and better!
In addition to my love for organization, I’m also passionate about live music and learning about other cultures. I actually spent a year of college living in France! The experience of being fully immersed in the French culture and language has had a huge impact on who I am today.
My name is Lily Rincon and I am a Talent Consultant with Hire Ventures and specialize in Sales Recruiting. I began my career as an Account Executive working closely with clients nationwide in various industries. When I was hired into my first recruiting role, I knew right away that I loved it and that I had found the perfect career!
I have since worked in both agency and corporate positions recruiting for companies in the Technology, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and Accounting industries. I have experience partnering with hiring managers to fill both high-volume positions to build entire Sales teams and also more operational and executive-level positions. I truly enjoy working with hiring managers to navigate the entire screening and hiring process to find the right fit for their company.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Electronic Media from the University of Tennessee. My husband, Kris, and I have been married for five years, have a four-year-old daughter, and a toddler son. I am from Knoxville, but together we have lived in Los Angeles, Raleigh and are now enjoying making our home here in Atlanta.
We really enjoy exploring the city, spending time outdoors, sporting events, and being with friends and family whenever possible.
Hi, my name is Lauren, and I’m a Talent Consultant here at Hire Ventures. I have over 5 years of experience working with and recruiting for staffing, agency, and independent corporations in the technology, healthcare, and legal industries. I help hiring managers fill high-volume roles in both production and operations.
I started my career as an Office Manager/Human Resources Coordinator, where I found my passion for recruiting and human resources. I quickly knew this is what I wanted to do long-term! There is so much I love about recruiting, like connecting with and meeting new people. My absolute favorite, though, is pairing a candidate to a role that both the candidate and the company are excited about. It is the most rewarding feeling!
I was born and raised near Alpharetta, Georgia and attended Georgia Southern University, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Communication and Arts. Despite having grown up here, I am always finding new places to explore and restaurants to try!
On weekends, I enjoy soaking up the sunshine while playing tennis or packing up the car, and going on a hike with my German Shepherd, Bane and my husband, Trey. The real cherry on top is ending the day at a fun outdoor restaurant with live music! Nothing fills my soul more than traveling and spending time with family and friends over a nice bottle of wine.

While working in my first corporate start-up, I recognized the need for small companies to have expert level HR and Recruiting services when they need it most, without paying the high salary for a full-time resource or high dollar contingency recruiting fees. I established Hire Ventures to fill this need, providing expert-level on-demand HR and Recruiting services to small, growing companies, making them more strategic, effective and successful.
From my professional bio: Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from Montana State University and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is actively involved in a variety of Professional Human Resource, Technology and Entrepreneurial groups in Atlanta as well as in her local church and community. Teresa is also a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization International and serves on the board of EO Accelerator Atlanta.
I have been married for 19 years to my husband Gregg, we have two daughters who are 11 and 15 and we live in a wonderfully diverse community in Brookhaven, GA. I love to camp (by camp I mean glamp), hike and enjoy quiet time at our cabin in Blue Ridge, which brings me back to my Montana roots and keeps me grounded. I love to spend time with family and friends; I enjoy good coffee, really good wine and everything in between!
Hi! I’m Kelly Rector and joined Hire Ventures as the Success Manager, Operations.
I started my career in recruiting and landed my first job by answering a NEWSPAPER ad! Since then, my recruiting and HR career has taken me down many paths – executive search, managing staffing on-sites at Fortune 500 companies, HR operations, and eventually the tech side of the business and HR Technology.
Throughout my career I’ve witnessed a lot of change. Though I love variety and the opportunity to learn new things, the one thing that has remained important to me is the value of personal touch. That is why I am thrilled to have joined the team here at Hire Ventures!
To me, a weekend well spent is one where I get to enjoy the outdoors, hike, read, and spend time with my family and friends. I also consider myself quite the “movie buff.” My husband and I have recently gravitated towards foreign language shows!

I’ve been married now for 9 years to a nurse and we have a preschool son and just welcomed a new baby girl. I enjoy hiking, going on road trips (I’ve done two cross-country road trips!), and writing in my spare time.
