I graduated Cum Laude from LaGrange College with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused in Marketing & Entrepreneurship. I also received minors in Marketing Design and Servant Leadership. Throughout my four years in college, I worked at the MGroup as their Marketing Administrative Assistant in LaGrange, GA. Through this position, I gained a ton of experience in marketing, social media, and design.
I really enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and trying new restaurants and local coffee shops!

Hello! My name is Stephanie and I’m a Senior HR Consultant with Hire Ventures. I have 25 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in global HR operations management, M&A, due diligence, and integration planning & communications. I enjoy partnering with clients to provide fractional HR support, interim leadership, and serve as a trusted resource for business-critical HR initiatives.
My path to HR consulting actually began in customer service, where my passion for creating positive experiences, coaching and developing my team, as well as my commitment to operational excellence was a natural transition into Human Resources early in my career. I earned my PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and gained hands-on experience, developing a full HR skill set in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. In my last corporate role, I was the Senior Director of HR at a software technology company where I led a team of global HR Business Partners, served as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for senior leadership, and played a key role in numerous M&A initiatives.
A few years ago, my husband and I moved from the Chicago suburbs to Frisco, TX to be near family. I enjoy traveling, hiking nature trails, listening to live music, and visiting with family & friends over a good meal, wine, and a competitive game night.

My name is Kaily Lopez and I am a Talent Consultant with Hire Ventures. My career started off as an HR Specialist, learning the ways of healthcare at a company that would soon experience blitz scaling.
Within the corporate setting, I learned the necessities of staying compliant in nearly all realms of HR; job posting requirements, employee performance management, handbook, and policy updates, etc. Outside of the corporate world, I also have experience with the agriculture industry. This gives me a perspective of Human Resource Management within a unique and challenging industry. From learning what requirements are mandated with CDL and onboarding hazmat drivers, I am a true HR enthusiast.
On the personal side, I have been married for 7 years and love watching my bonus child play sports. Aside from cheering from the sideline, you can catch me traveling to meet up with friends and family, loving on my fur babies, and enjoying delicious food!

Hello, I’m Princy, and I’m a Technical Talent Sourcer here at Hire Ventures.
I started my career as a software engineer – I have my Bachelor’s in Computer Science and my Master’s in Software Engineering. Though I had two engineering degrees and two years of experience in IT, I knew I had a passion for recruiting I needed to pursue. That’s when I took the leap to do what I love not what my professional experience was and accepted an agency recruiting job. I fell in love with recruiting, fast forward a bit, and here I am at Hire Ventures!
One of my favorite things about sourcing, specifically, is getting to talk to people and learning new tactics, techniques, and tools to source the right candidates.
Outside of work, I love cooking, painting, and pencil sketching. If I were to paint a picture of a perfect weekend, it would be my family enjoying each other’s company in a beautiful snowy place.

Hi there! My name is Kate Arambula, and as a Senior HR Consultant with Hire Ventures, I enjoy working with leaders to build people strategies and support their HR needs. I especially love the challenges of growing companies and am passionate about building and nurturing healthy, happy company cultures.
As a certified HR professional, I’ve worked in nearly every functional capacity within the HR realm. Much of my career has been focused on building the HR function and teams in the tech start-up space, including leading teams through milestones such as fundraising, IPO, and exit/acquisition. I’ve also led and supported teams in the financial services, architecture, hospitality, and non-profit sectors. Some of my proudest career accomplishments include helping to build an award-winning company culture and leading the growth of a company more than 5x within 2 years.
But even more so, I’m a proud wife and mother of 3 who understands the delicate balance between juggling the demands of a career with raising humans. If we’re not running to dance competitions, theater performances, soccer and swim practices, you can find me snuggled up with our sweet pup, Toby, or hanging out anywhere live music is being played – especially if it’s a rock concert with a band from the 90s.

My name is Jenna Kolodziejczak and I am a Client Coordinator with Hire Ventures where I work with our clients to improve customer experience and strengthen processes across onboarding, support and sales. One of the reasons I love working at Hire Ventures is the company values as I am passionate about helping others and learning new things.
I earned a degree in Journalism with emphasis in Strategic Communication from the University of Kansas. Go Jayhawks! I worked in the nonprofit world before deciding to fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming a Cosmetologist. As a Hair Color Specialist, I worked in the industry for over 10 years at one of the top salons in the country.
Born and raised in Georgia, I live in Atlanta and still love living here despite the traffic and the pollen. My family includes Jon, my husband of 9 years and my extremely energetic 4 year-old twin boys, Luke and Dean. On weekends, you will find my husband and me chasing around my kids at playgrounds or in mud puddles. My favorite things to do are travel, read, run races, sing karaoke (badly) and volunteer at the NICU where my sons were born.

Hello! I am Shannon Long and I am a Senior Talent Advisor at Hire Ventures. I provide fractional and project-specific HR support to our clients. I have a passion for assisting companies in maximizing revenue by providing an excellent employee experience.
My career started with Lockheed Martin, providing HR support for a classified defense program. After having my first child, I took a year off. When I re-entered the workforce, I took an HR position providing support to a State of Colorado Legislative agency. After having my second child, I decided to hang up my HR corporate hat, for what I thought was forever. I began my own HR consulting company that provided career assistance to individuals. I returned into a corporate role leading the HR function for start-up insurance companies. In my last role, I helped grow the company to over 800 employees.
In my free time, you can find me at the lake with my family, digging in my garden, traveling the world or hanging out at the barre.

Hi! I’m Alex and I’m an HR Operations Consultant with Hire Ventures. I work with our clients to improve organizational effectiveness by developing HR processes and systems. This includes HR technology implementations to streamline operations, data analysis and reporting to help provide data-driven insights and recommendations. My specialty is enabling our clients to improve processes, support change management efforts as it relates to HR initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or mergers/acquisitions.
My story has a not-so-traditional beginning… After graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, I started working at a small private label photo finishing lab in Norcross, GA. Within a few years of company growth, I was selected to become the organization’s second HR employee. As the company continued to grow, they engaged Hire Ventures, and that is where I met Teresa Murphey who was our Interim Head of HR and she became my first HR mentor!
Over the next 15 years, I held various roles across various industries, including nearly a decade at a Fortune 500 financial technology company. I supported business leaders and C-suite executives through a global HR transformation, an enterprise HRIS implementation and one of the largest acquisitions in fintech history. I was deployed internationally to stand up HR Shared Service centers and worked as a Business Partner to align strategic HR initiatives with organizational goals. I also spent time within an HR PMO and an HR Reporting center of excellence (CoE). In 2022, I took a career sabbatical to rest and plan the next phase of my career. I decided that I wanted to spend time working with small business owners in my hometown – Atlanta, GA – so Hire Ventures was the first call I made.
In my free time, I try to enjoy as much of the arts, food as fun as Atlanta has to offer! I also love traveling, spending time in nature, and just about anything creative. My favorite time is time spent with friends and family, including my niece and nephew and my little chihuahua mix, Chip.

Hi, my name is Lauren, and I’m a Senior Talent Consultant here at Hire Ventures. I have experience working with many different organizations, recruiting in the technology, healthcare, and legal industries. I help hiring managers fill high-volume roles in both production and operations.
I started my career as an Office Manager/Human Resources Coordinator, where I found my passion for recruiting and human resources. I quickly knew this is what I wanted to do long-term! There is so much I love about recruiting, like connecting with and meeting new people. My absolute favorite, though, is pairing a candidate to a role that both the candidate and the company are excited about. It is the most rewarding feeling!
I was born and raised near Alpharetta, Georgia and attended Georgia Southern University, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Communication and Arts. Despite having grown up here, I am always finding new places to explore and restaurants to try!
On weekends, I enjoy soaking up the sunshine while playing tennis or packing up the car, and going on a hike with my German Shepherd, Bane and my husband, Trey. The real cherry on top is ending the day at a fun outdoor restaurant with live music! Nothing fills my soul more than traveling and spending time with family and friends over a nice bottle of wine.

My name is Lily Rincon and I am a Senior Talent Consultant with Hire Ventures and specialize in Sales Recruiting. I began my career as an Account Executive working closely with clients nationwide in various industries. When I was hired into my first recruiting role, I knew right away that I loved it and that I had found the perfect career!
I have since worked in both agency and corporate positions recruiting for companies in the Technology, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and Accounting industries. I have experience partnering with hiring managers to fill both high-volume positions to build entire Sales teams and also more operational and executive-level positions. I truly enjoy working with hiring managers to navigate the entire screening and hiring process to find the right fit for their company.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Electronic Media from the University of Tennessee. My husband, Kris, and I have been married for five years, have a four-year-old daughter, and a toddler son. I am from Knoxville, but together we have lived in Los Angeles, Raleigh and are now enjoying making our home here in Atlanta.
We really enjoy exploring the city, spending time outdoors, sporting events, and being with friends and family whenever possible.

From my professional bio: Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from Montana State University and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is actively involved in various Professional Human Resource, Technology and Entrepreneurial groups in Atlanta as well as in her local church and community. Teresa is also a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization International and has served on the board of EO Accelerator Atlanta for multiple years.
I am married to my husband Gregg, we have two daughters and live in a wonderfully diverse community in Brookhaven, GA. I love to camp (by camp I mean glamp), hike and enjoy quiet time at our cabin in Blue Ridge, which brings me back to my Montana roots and keeps me grounded. I love to spend time with family and friends; I enjoy good coffee, really good wine and everything in between!
